YG Inspection En Bâtiment

Correct, professional, adapts his services and schedule to client's needs. Advises the client to the right type of inspection, not chasing only the fees. A real gem, I wholly recommend his enterprise because honesty is the main staple of his business. I would easily give 6 stars...

Eugene is very knowledgeable person. Some of his suggestions helped me during the home inspection. Overall nice experience with his work.

Great experience. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend 👍👍👍

YG was excellent throughout the inspection. He explained every detail about the house and even pointed out very small issues that we would have never noticed ourselves. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just identify problems he also explained how to maintain things properly and suggested cost-effective ways to take care of them. His guidance was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of confidence in understanding the condition of the home.

Excellent service! The inspection was very thorough and the report was very detailed.

We were very happy to work with Yevgeny. We needed a home inspector on somewhat short notice, and he made himself available to help us. His report was thorough, he was easy to talk to, and he helped answer all our questions. He also explained several things that we didn't know about before (e.g. possible pyrite in south shore homes). We even used the items he found in the report to help lower the purchase price. His price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend him. Thanks for the help.

Excellent inspecteur en bâtiments, très professionnel et minutieux. Il prend le temps d’expliquer chaque détail clairement et répond à toutes les questions. Rapport détaillé et service fiable. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Very transparent, professional and thorough inspection services. Will definitely recommend and/or use again.

I needed an inspection while I was traveling internationally with a short deadline, and Yevgeny was able to get me in quickly and walk through his findings at the inspection over a video call. He was incredibly honest and direct with me about his findings, and made it clear I was welcome to call him if I had any questions about his report (which was sent later on the same day of the inspection!). I would strongly recommend him and would definitely book him again if I ever need another house inspection.
