Peter Weeks Home Inspections (div: PGW Enterprises Inc.)

Selecting Peter as our home inspector was one of the best decisions that we made during our home buying process. He is friendly, knowledgeable and he caught an issue that other inspectors may have missed, which we were able to address prior to closing. Peter also went above and beyond by responding to questions that we had after he had delivered his inspection report to us. We recommend Peter without hesitation.

Cannot recommended enough. Extremely thorough, goes above and beyond.

I would recommend Peter Weeks to anyone needing a home inspection. I was impressed by his range of knowledge and professionalism. He is also amiable, and takes the time to answer questions.

Extremely knowledgeable. Provided a very detailed report. Extremely happy with the services. Everything he had spotted was confirmed by a contractor hired to do major renovations to the property purchased. I would definitely recommend. Update: since my initial review, I had the occasion to do business with Peter for a 3rd time, while trying to purchase another property in 2022. Again, I received the same great service as previously. Peter also saved me from purchasing a house that had some serious issues, not noticeable to the untrained eye. I also recommended Peter Weeks to other friends/colleagues from work who were also extremely pleased with his services.

I cannot recommend Peter enough! So thorough, so knowledgable and lovely to talk to. As a single woman buying a home on her own, Peter was an absolute asset. Definitely recommend his services!!

We highly recommend Peter! He was professional, careful, neat and tidy. He came well prepared and was thorough and systematic. He answered all our questions and explained his findings. In the past, we felt that the money spent on an inspector was not worth it. Peter changed that view. His services are definitely worth his fee!

Peter is super easy to be in touch with, gives great advice and is super responsive. All around, it was a great experience working with him. He can work alone, but it seems he really wants to let you know the state of the house and likes to show you what he is looking at during the inspection. This is very important and it shows that he cares; both during the visit and post-sale, he is easy to talk to, easy to contact and he really wants to be able to give the information you need and help our where he can. I can't believe how thorough the inspection report is! Super professional, 5 stars and highly recommended!
