MTL home inspection: Inspection Maison Montreal

Absolutely amazing job done with the inspection. Pantelis and his team checked every single corner of the house with precision while explaining everything thoroughly at the same time. He was very responsive and offered tons of advice and recommendations needed for repairs. I highly suggest Pantelis and his team if you are thinking of purchasing a home. Truly a master of his craft.

Pantelis and Costa were extremely polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. This is my first condo purchase and I now feel very relieved and confident. This is an older building and I expected to find some issues. They highlighted everything big and small so I know what I’m getting myself into. I could not have asked for a better service. A+ work. If you are purchasing a place on the top floor of a building, I highly recommend the additional drone and thermal camera services. Thank you again!

Super service! Merci!

Service de très haute qualité. Professionnel et connaissant. La livraison du rapport a été faite la même journée que l'inspection. Prend son temps pour répondre aux questions et est minutieux lors de son inspection.

We had a great experience with Pantelis during the inspection of our new home. From the moment he arrived, he made us feel comfortable and took the time to walk us through everything, explaining what he was looking at, pointing out potential issues, and answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. What we appreciated most was how much he genuinely cared about helping us understand the house we were about to buy. He was thorough, honest, and patient, and never hesitated to take the extra time to explain things in detail. The drone, moisture-detection equipment were also great additions that gave us an even better understanding of the property.

He was great, kind, attentive, detailed oriented, punctual, patient and very technical. He absolutely met my satisfaction. He went through all the details and brought everything to my attention during his visit. Explained deeply all the issues and trained me on maintaining them. I highly recommend his service

Pantelis was recommended to me by a friend who did two inspections with him previously. I am more than satisfied with the recommendation, because Pantelis was meticulous and he took the time to explain everything that he was inspecting to me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that my agent or I had. He also sent us the final report under 24h. It is clear that Pantelis is passionate about his work and is not doing it only for money. I would recommend him to anyone.

We hired Pantelis to inspect the home we were buying, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. He took the time to walk us through the property, and explained everything in plain language, from the roof and foundation to the electrical and plumbing. He caught several issues that we would never have noticed on our own. The written report arrived within 24 hours and was clear and well organized, with photos and priorities for each issue.

Excellent service, minutieux, prend le temps de nous expliquer le processus en détail et répond à nos questions, rapport d'inspection facile à comprendre et bien structuré pour nous guider dans nos décisions

Had an incredible experience with Pantelis, he was very knowledgeable and took his time to guide us through our first purchase of a duplex. I honestly did a lot of research and called many inspectors to see who was the best and narrowed it down to Pantelis and could not be happier with the decision. His price was great, the report was great and we will keep using him in the future for future purchases. I highly recommend anyone looking for an inspector to just go with Pantelis and not think twice. You won’t regret it. He does his reports in both French and English which is a plus as some people said they only do it in French.
