InspectaVu

We had Paul and his team clean out all the drain pipes of our ground level condos. Very professional and a job well done. Highly recommended for drain clearing, cleaning, camera inspections and more! Thank you!

Highly Recommend! Paul arrived early and was friendly, professional, and honest. He answered all my questions and concerns, giving me total confidence in his advice. The walkthrough was efficient, and the septic system pipe inspection was clear. Both his explanations, the report, and the pictures give me absolute peace of mind that the system is still functioning for its age!

My husband and I bought our first home and decided to have our drain systems inspected. Paul was punctual, professional, and really took the time to explain everything to me in detail. We received a detailed report with some minor things to look out for and lots of tips on how to maintain everything. I highly recommend going with InspectaVu if you need support with your plumbing & drainage systems.

I had a great experience with Inspectavu. Paul came out to do a camera inspection and used a locator to find the backwater valve. He provided excellent service from start to finish—very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was a real pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend Inspectavu to anyone needing this type of service.

We hired Paul for a pre-purchase drain scope inspection on a home we are considering buying, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service. Paul arrived early, explained the process clearly, and took great care while accessing the sewer line. He used high-quality camera equipment and pointed out areas of concern and answered all of our questions patiently. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He identified a few minor issues that weren’t deal-breakers but were important for us to be aware of before finalizing the purchase. His detailed report, complete with video and recommendations, gave us confidence and peace of mind in moving forward. If you're buying a home, don’t skip the drain scope—and definitely call Paul. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Paul for a drain scoping and foundation inspection for a house that we are looking to buy, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, Paul was extremely thorough, professional, and incredibly informative. Paul took the time to explain everything he was seeing in real time, showing us clear footage from the drain camera and pointing out any areas of concern in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail and honesty were truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable who is also trustworthy, patient, and genuinely looking out for your best interests. He went above and beyond what we had asked, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing drain or foundation work done. Thank you again for your amazing work Paul!

Paul conducted a drainage camera survey for a property I am trying to buy in Montreal. He was very professional and did a thorough job and even went beyond by helping me get a quote for a backwater valve. We spoke a few times on the phone as he offered to provide advice on other issues that had come out of the inspection. Thanks again Paul! Will recommend your service to anyone who may need it in the future. All the best!

I had them do a house inspection on a potential buy I was interested in. They were AWESOME!!! Paul was most generous with his patience and time. I got to ask all the questions I wanted during and after the inspection. His report was thorough, concise and clear. He also took his time to explain to me what he is looking for and why it was important! Paul easily saved me a 20-25k potential unwanted surprise. The ROI for the inspection he provide was a total no brainer. He is definitely doing my next inspection. Thank you Paul!

My wife and I used InspectaVu for a house inspection before deciding to buy our first family home. Paul was punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. After he finished his inspection I did a final walkthrough with him where he showed me his findings. We then recieved our writen inspection report within 24 hours. The report was detailed and gave us the confidence needed to move forward with the purchase of the home. Big thank you to Paul, we will be highly recommending InspectaVu's services to anyone looking to buy a home!
