Ibis Inspections

Dan did a very thorough inspection of my new home. He took in the buyer's perspective and explained (in ENG & FR) what he saw in a manner that was easy to comprehend, with comments on how best to address the issue. He gave plenty of opportunities for us to ask questions as well. The report helped us negotiate a better rate for the purchase. I highly recommend Ibis Inspections. After consulting with other inspectors, his service triumphs in quality attention, cost, client relations and efficiency. I will continue to keep his service in my records for referrals and future use. Even my realtor, who was not familiar with Ibis Inspections, was impressed and will now recommend his services too.

I had an excellent experience working with Dan at Ibis Inspections and highly recommend their services. They were extremely thorough in their examination of the property and went above and beyond in explaining their findings to me. Their professionalism and expertise were top-notch, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Professionnel, bon service

Dan was very thorough, went above and beyond to explain everything and was more than happy to take his time and answer all of our questions.

Very good service. Quick and reliable.

I hired Ibis inspections for a preventive inspection of my house. Dan's advices were clear and concise and I had a perfect image of the problems and deficiencies that needed to be corrected. I highly recommend Ibis Inspections!

I hired Ibis Inspections to inspect my new condo before it was delivered to me by the builder. The physical inspection, photographs and written report were very thorough. Dan was quick, efficient and very professional; in addition he was able to offer fluent bilingual services. His every advice and hints were very helpful to me! I would not hesitate to recommend the excellent services of Ibis Inspections to any condo buyers.
