Il a inspecté notre plomberie, est monté sur notre toit et a fait le tour complet du logement de nos locataires à l'étage avec nous. Il nous a donné des conseils concrets sur les points à surveiller et ce qu'on pouvait améliorer. Son père a même réparé notre évier une fois! Ce qui ressort le plus, c'est sa communication honnête et claire. Il vous dit ce qui compte vraiment, sans exagérer, et il est parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais. He's inspected our piping, come up on our roof, and walked through our entire upstairs rental unit with us.
