Kevin was very professional and helped uncover and explain issues with the property. He was on time dispite it being such a far drive. The service was performed better then I expected and he left me with a 76page document with pictures, explanations and illustrations helping to describe the issues he found. 5 star service.

I recently had a radon mitigation system installed by Pascal. He was very knowledgeable, and was professional throughout the entire process. My radon levels went from 300+ to consistently <10. He even came back after radon levels stabilized to install a lower capacity fan to reduce electricity usage and energy loss with no noticeable change to radon levels.

Kevin did a pre-purchase home inspection for us. Very professional and experienced. We had to delay our appointment due to a snow storm. He was very understanding about that and suggested an alternative date. On the day of the inspection, he got there in time and had already inspected the backyard when we got there. Although the backyard was snowed in, that didn’t stop him from assessing every corner of the property. After the inspection, the report was sent to us a day earlier than the deadline. It was a detailed and well-formatted document and I am sure will help us better maintain our property in the future.
