AmeriSpec Montréal

We were so happy with Richard's and Adam's professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for home inspections! We really appreciated how Adam took time to explain everything to us and did a thorough review of the property. We were also thankful to Richard who helped address our questions leading up to and after the inspection, it was a busy time for them and despite how hectic it was they were available each step of the way.

Excellent travail par l’inspecteur Adam Bronstein. Il est très efficace et prend le temps de bien expliquer. Je recommande 😊

Strongly recommend Adam! Very professional and thorough We felt at ease after the walkthrough inspection

Adam est super professionnel, prend le temps de bien expliquer ce qu’il faut savoir sur la propriété. J’ai fais affaire avec eux à plusieurs reprises et je les recommande fortement.

We worked with Adam on two properties and we highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable and is not afraid to check every nook and cranny to make sure that you have all of the necessary information to make a sound decision.

Adam is the best house inspector that i have ever seen. His attention to details as well thoroughness is impressive. His professionalism and ability to communicate everything you need to know has helped me understand crucial details. I highly recommend using him for your home inspections. Thank you Adam!!! A+++++

We recently used Adam Bronstein for our home inspection and had a great experience. Adam was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to us so we were well informed. I highly recommend using Adam.

Adam is very knowledgeable but I wouldn't recommend him if you are a first time home buyer. I wasn't familiar with some things he was saying and he seemed bothered by that and it made me feel a little stupid, which is unfortunate in a very stressful process already such as buying a house

Excellent service, Adam was awesome and really helpful to get me understanding all of the pieces. Would highly recommend both AmeriSpec and Adam!!

We had a home inspection done for a house we are looking to purchase by Adam Bronstein. Adam did an amazing job, very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain every step and made sure we understood everything he showed us. Very happy with his services and expertise. I highly recommend
