Our service allows users to browse a directory of inspectors, compare their profiles, and request quotes online.

InspecteurFacile is a directory and quote request service. We do not provide legal advice.
InspecteurFacile is an independent service, not affiliated with the Chambre des inspecteurs du Québec.
Information presented on the platform (Google reviews, contact details) is provided for informational purposes only.
Only the inspector you choose can provide legal advice tailored to your situation.
3. Use of the Service
By using InspecteurFacile, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting quote requests
- Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Respect inspectors and not submit abusive or fraudulent requests
4. Quote Requests
When you submit a request via InspecteurFacile:
- Your contact information and inspection details are sent to the inspectors you select
- Inspectors contact you directly by email with their responses
- InspecteurFacile does not intervene in exchanges between you and the inspectors
5. Free Service
Using InspecteurFacile is free for individuals. No fees are charged to browse the directory or request quotes.
InspecteurFacile does not store or display inspectors' fees. Any quote and fee are agreed directly between you and the inspector you choose.
6. Reviews and Ratings
Ratings and reviews displayed on InspecteurFacile come from Google Business Profile. InspecteurFacile does not write or modify these reviews.
We strive to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of these reviews.
7. Liability
InspecteurFacile acts solely as a connection intermediary. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of services provided by inspectors
- Fees charged by inspectors
- Exchanges or inspections between you and inspectors
- Errors or omissions in information displayed on profiles
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of InspecteurFacile are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
