Pro-Inspexx Services

Have had 3 inspections with pro-inspexx that were all professional, swift and complete, and they helped me out with an issue that I was experiencing in one of the homes very quickly. Highly recommend!

Richard was very informative and super helpful. Excellent service.

Paul inspected 3 homes for me, the first was a pre-sale inspection of the home I recently sold that I used to both fix what needed to be repaired and included in my listing. More recently he inspected two more homes for me, one of which I purchased. Very knowledgeable and such a down to earth person. I could not have been happier with the service he provided. Very highly recommended.

Peter was really great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, punctual. Really everything you could want in an inspection. He is also patient and will explain this to you on great detail and genuinely seems happy to do so. Also, just a really pleasant person to talk to!

Extremely poor.

I could not have been happier with my inspection. Peter brought a depth of knowledge from his decades of experience in the industry that gave us ease of mind in purchasing our new home. I have already recommended Pro Inspexx to a friend, and they received the same level of service and expertise. I will gladly recommend Pro Inspexx in the future. Thanks again! I am a very satisfied customer!

We had Drew Pelletier inspect a home my clients were buying this week and he was amazing. Fast, efficient and amazing inspection. He was able to teach us about the house my clients were purchasing and everyone walked away better off after his inspection. 10/10 would recommend to others looking for a home inspector.
