We had an amazing experience with Antonio. He came highly recommended by our real estate broker, and he absolutely lived up to the praise. Antonio is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. His thoroughness and professionalism during the inspection were highly confidence-inspiring. We feel much more secure moving forward with our home purchase thanks to him. Highly recommend!

Very thorough inspection and report completed by Mr.Antonio. During the inspection he kept us informed at all times on everything he noted and also gave great advice for general maintenance to avoid future problems. Was very patient and answered all our questions thanks to his extensive knowledge. Thank you very much Antonio!

Antonio was a pleasure to work with. He inspected my Beaconsfield townhome prior to purchase. He was on time and provided reliable, knowledgeable advice throughout the entire inspection. He methodically inspected the house and reviewed each area with me as we went, which made the process clear and easy to understand. By the end of the inspection, we had identified all major issues—especially those related to water, mold, and safety. The inspection report was completed on time, available online for download, and extremely detailed. It clearly outlined all issues, recommended fixes, and included helpful home maintenance tips. I highly recommend Antonio to anyone looking for a thorough and professional home inspector.
