Great service. Repeat customer. Highly knowledgeable.

Excellent service et très professionnel !

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this company. The inspector Alex was efficient and thorough, and took time to explain his findings to us. We trusted his vast knowledge and experience and it was very comforting to know we were in good hands. Thank you to Richard for fitting us in at such short notice. We would highly recommend this company to all our family and friends.

Richard (owner) was a big help! Much appreciated, AmeriSpec saved me a lot of money. I will go back to them again without hesitation, I recommend!

We just finished our inspection with AmeriSpec de la Montérégie and obtained the report as a buyer. The company was recommended to us by our broker. The experience was absolutely fantastic. I haven't experienced such level of professionalism, thoroughness, and care anywhere else. And I don't think any other company will ever offer you such confidence other than AmeriSpec. Communication was on point. The bi-lingual inspector (Yuri) that was assigned to us was very knowledgeable (about everything imaginable: heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, foundation, gardening, isolation, etc.) He made sure we understood everything, and went above and beyond by explaining every mechanism. He treated us like family, as if he was invested in the property with us. He also guided us with other factors, such as costs of replacement, repair, and maintenance for every single item that he found. He also had great communication with the owner of the property and overall we had a great experience. The report was also very detailed, every nook and cranny that was possible to check was checked. Honestly, I didn't even need to open the report because our inspector spent more than 2 hours explaining every single thing that he found and I already knew everything. He also talked about the limits of inspection, and what he cannot see or inspect. He treated us like family and with such care and respect that we have yet to experience elsewhere. Overall, I'm very happy that we went with AmeriSpec, the confidence that I got, knowing what to expect, was priceless. I confidently recommend this company if you're looking to inspect a house in Longueuil, Brossard, or La Prairie.
