We are very happy with our inspection. Our inspector was easy to book, performed a thorough indoor and outdoor inspection informing us of every detail along the way, knowledgeable in his line of work making it a valuable learning experience for us, neat paper work and a neatly packaged and easy to follow report with coloured photos, clearly takes pride in his work, pleasant to work with and charged a fair fee.

Merci !

I have worked with Mr. Baudaux twice now. About 5 years ago he did the pre-purchase inspection of my condo and was so detailed that it genuinely made me feel better about buying the place and ultimately made me think immediately about calling him when we were looking for our next home. This time was for our chalet in the eastern townships. He was at the property before me and as always, very professional and courteous. His inspection was extremely thorough and gave us a pretty good understanding of the immediate risks and long term needs. Mr. Baudaux definitely indexes on the side of caution but fairly adjusted in the written report. The report he provided was clear and easy to read and had detailed pictures with notes to explain each issue/area. For those who want to know all the risks and potential problem areas, the list does make you feel more confident about what needs to be done and can easily translate to a household To Do List.

Bon travail! Du professionnalisme.

Services impeccables
